For 90 days we work on your business: numbers, people, sales, and the decisions you’ve been putting off. It’s customized around what’s costing you the most. That can mean private calls, direct access between calls, or time on-site with your crew. We decide together on the call.
This is for you if
- You run an established, project-based company doing $1M to $5M+ in revenue. You have real cash flow, real crew on site, and proven demand, not a side hustle.
- The business works, but you are still the primary bottleneck. If you step away for two weeks, sales stall, jobs drag, and revenue drops. You bought yourself a 70 hour a week job instead of building a scalable asset.
- You want to build a machine that runs without you. You are ready to step out of daily firefighting, replace yourself in sales and operations, and focus strictly on high margin growth.
