These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and The Contractor Fight® (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of our website and your enrollment in our coaching programs, courses, and tools. By using this site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enroll.

Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or enroll in our programs. Our coaching is built for owners and leaders of residential, project-based contracting businesses.
Our programs are education, not professional advice
Our programs, courses, calls, and content — including The Command, BATTLEGROUND, The Corner, and our self-paced training — provide business coaching and education based on our experience in the trades. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.
Results vary — no guarantees of earnings or outcomes
We cannot and do not promise results, revenue, profit, or earnings of any kind. Any numbers, stories, or testimonials on this site describe individual experiences and are illustrative only. They are not typical, average, or a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, execution, market, and starting point. Anything you apply from our programs is at your own risk.
Enrollment and payment
- Program fees, billing schedules, and what is included are shown on the program page or enrollment agreement at the time you enroll. Those details control if they differ from anything summarized here.
- Payment is due according to the plan you select. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method.
- You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and current. Failed payments may pause or end your access until resolved.
Guarantees and cancellations
If a program includes a guarantee, the exact requirements and claim window are stated on that program’s page or enrollment agreement. To be eligible, you must follow those requirements as written and contact us within the stated window. To cancel or discuss your account, email [email protected]. Access ends according to the terms of the program you joined.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information when you apply, enroll, or participate.
- Keep your account and login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Show up, do the work, and treat our team, coaches, and fellow members with respect. Harassment, abuse, hateful conduct, or unlawful behavior can result in removal from programs and communities without refund.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or break any law in connection with it.
Our content belongs to us
Everything on this site and inside our programs — videos, calls, curriculum, documents, tools, graphics, and branding, including The Contractor Fight® name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access program materials for your own business use while you are enrolled. You may not copy, record, share, resell, or redistribute program materials without our prior written permission.
Testimonials and feedback
If you share a review, testimonial, or success story with us, you give us permission to use it in our marketing (including your name, business name, and likeness as provided) unless you tell us otherwise in writing. Send corrections or takedown requests to [email protected].
Third-party tools and links
We may mention or link to third-party products, books, and tools, including items sold by others. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or services, and your dealings with them are governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
This site and our programs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that programs will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Contractor Fight®, its owners, coaches, and team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or programs, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site or programs.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and it applies from the date posted. Continued use of the site or programs after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
