After completing his schooling, Emilio spent time overseas traveling through Southeast Asia in humanitarian and service focused work. He later built his career in the service industry, moving into a Director of Operations role. With his background overseas and in the service industry, Emilio brings a people first perspective to his work. He now works with The Contractor Fight® and serves as Project Consultant for Simplify Painting.
Emilio grew up learning to be self-reliant and independent early on, which led him to tie progress to performance, often holding himself to unreasonable standards and putting unnecessary pressure on himself.
Over time, he is learning that growth comes from consistency rather than perfection, and that value is not found in performance alone but in trusting the process just as much as the outcome.
Emilio’s background in operations and service based businesses gives him a practical understanding of how businesses operate day to day. He has spent years working closely with clients and building teams, focusing on clear communication and helping others navigate challenges.
Emilio lives in Colorado with his two dogs, Saint and Riley. He enjoys staying active through beach volleyball, game nights and trivia, and spending time with friends and family.
