ABOUT LINDSEY
Lindsey Kirchner
Program Manager
Career Experience – Lindsey began helping her husband with his handyman company by answering phones in 2018. Quickly they realized how difficult it was to be the ‘jack of all trades.’ Instead, they decided to focus solely on exterior wood staining, which he loved.
In 2019, they started Stain & Seal of Fort Worth, dropping the handyman business and focusing strictly on staining.

“Whether you think can or you can’t, you’re right”
Her Struggles – Lindsey has a hard time believing her thoughts and opinions matter. Throughout her life, she had insecurities when it came to speaking up because she was afraid to be wrong or judged.
Still a work in progress, she’s finding her voice by surrounding herself with positive people who appreciate her for the person she is and by throwing herself into a leadership role at The Contractor Fight.
Lindsey’s Words of Wisdom – Throughout her partnership with her husband, Lindsey has learned that being a contractor takes guts. She realizes she never would have done it on her own because she’s calculated and tends to play it safe. Joining the family business allowed her to see her weakness in a new light and become more comfortable taking risks.
She believes having a spouse as your business partner is both challenging and rewarding. To do things right, you should understand each other’s strengths and weaknesses. And you have to know when it’s time to let things go.
Personal Life – Lindsey is married to Dane, and they have three wonderful kids and a black lab named Woodrow. They live outside Dallas where they love spending time outdoors as a family, hiking, kayaking, and exploring.
She also likes to flex her creative muscle by making handmade cards.
