Access to hotel bar during MHPS event 

TCF Event Planner will arrange a virtual hand-off to the hotel point of contact for the sponsor to coordinate the Happy Hour

Sponsor is responsible for organizing drink and food options, as applicable, as well as the final bill

Due to early registration, Happy Hour cannot occur between 4-6pm MST. Would recommend 6-8pm MST to catch attendees after early registration.

TCF Staff will attend or stop by if time permits outside of Event preparation duties

Sponsor is welcome to have a banner/sign with their company info. TCF will also have at least one (1) banner or sign to help attendees associate the Happy Hour with the Event, if allowed by the hotel venue.

TCF to promote the Happy Hour in the MHPS Event Facebook Page and in event emails. 

Sponsor is welcome to promote Happy Hour. TCF or MHPS logo and event link to be included in all promotions

The attendee list is not to be used to sell to attendees prior to the event starting.

Sponsor understands this is a networking opportunity with no computer demos or heavy sales
