- There isn't a great labor pool in my area
- Millennials would rather be on TikTok than make a career in the trades
Maybe you're one of the thousands of contractors who think there's no way to build a team in 2022. Maybe you've even stopped trying. Instead you're wearing every hat and running yourself into the ground.
