What does The Contractor Fight® actually do?
We coach residential contractors who are tired of a business that runs them. Most of our members are doing solid revenue and still not keeping enough of it, still stuck on every job. We help you fix your sales, your numbers, and how the business runs week to week, so it pays you and doesn’t need you for everything.
Does this work for my trade?
If you sell projects, it works for you. Roofers, remodelers, GCs, painters, landscapers, deck and fence guys, siding, concrete. We’ve coached all of them. If your business is mostly service calls, like a lot of HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops, we’re probably not the right fit. If you do bigger project work too, let’s talk.
What’s the difference between The Command, BATTLEGROUND, and The Corner?
The Command is a 90-day sales program for owners and salespeople. You train live every week and roleplay real situations on Fridays. BATTLEGROUND is ongoing coaching for the whole business, and it only opens a few times a year. The Corner is private one-on-one work with Tom for 90 days, and you have to apply.
How much time does The Command take?
Plan on about 2 hours a week. There’s a live training call every Wednesday and a live roleplay call on Fridays called The Agoge. Wednesday training calls are recorded for viewing the replays. The bigger investment is using what you learned on your sales appointments that same week. Members who do that get results. Members who just watch don’t.
Can you just get me more leads?
Probably not the way you mean, and you likely don’t need more leads anyway. Most contractors we talk to are sitting on a pile of leads they never followed up on. Inside The Command, Tom shows you how to get more work out of past clients, your database, and people you already know. We don’t run ads or sell leads.
How do your guarantees work?
The Command: Do the work for 90 days. If you don’t double your investment, we refund everything you paid plus $100.
BATTLEGROUND: Do the work for your first 90 days. If you don’t earn back what you paid, we refund all of it.

What’s the Scorecard?
The Build a Business Worth Having Scorecard is a free assessment that takes about 3 minutes. You answer questions about your numbers, marketing, sales, field operations, leadership, and how your week actually runs, and it shows you which one is holding you back most. Most owners think they know their biggest problem. The Scorecard usually says otherwise.
Who is this not for?
If you want someone to hand you leads, give you a magic script, or fix your business for you, this isn’t for you. The same goes if your business is mostly service calls, or if all you care about is a bigger revenue number. We work with owners who want to keep more of what they make and will put in the work.
What does The Command cost?
Each seat in The Command is $2,400 for 90 days if you pay up front, or three payments of $899. That gets you every Wednesday training call, every Friday roleplay session, the full 12-week curriculum, and the guarantee. When the 90 days are up, members can move up to BATTLEGROUND or renew The Command for another round.
What does BATTLEGROUND cost?
BATTLEGROUND Teams is $1,497 a month and covers up to four people from your company. BATTLEGROUND Solo is $997 a month for one person. Both are a 12-month commitment, paid monthly or up front for the year. Enrollment only opens a few times a year.
